Yes. With the Self-Service Plan, you can invite and manage your existing recruitment agencies while also accessing Highring's verified agency network all from one platform.

How are agencies matched to my jobs?

Highring recommends agencies based on job requirements, hiring domain, previous performance, response time, and successful placement history to improve hiring quality.

Will I receive duplicate candidate profiles?

No. Highring automatically detects duplicate candidate submissions across agencies, ensuring you review every profile only once.

Can I switch to the Self-Service Plan later?

Absolutely. If you decide to manage hiring internally or with your own recruitment agencies, you can sign-up for Self-Service Plan at any time and use both separately.
